This article analyzes the legal challenges, legal obligations, and civil liabilities of these platforms in international contracts. The main challenges that digital platforms face include the lack of transparency in international laws and regulations, the complexities of matching national and international laws, and the lack of comprehensive laws on legal liability. In addition, the liability of platforms in the face of potential breach of contracts, fraud, and abuse also requires careful examination. This article also provides solutions to improve the current situation, including creating transparency in contracts, developing specific international laws, and establishing effective monitoring mechanisms. By analyzing the legal obligations and civil responsibilities of digital platforms, this study provides a summary of the legal requirements of these platforms and the need to balance their freedom of action with their legal responsibilities. The results of this study can help improve the understanding of the legal responsibilities of digital platforms at the international level and lead to the formulation of better policies in this area. با گسترش روزافزون تجارت الکترونیک و ظهور پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال نظیر بایننس و آمازون، مسئولیت حقوقی این پلتفرم‌ها در معاملات بین‌المللی به یکی از مسائلی تبدیل شده است که نیاز به بررسی و تحلیل دقیق دارد. این مقاله به تحلیل چالش‌های قانونی، تعهدات حقوقی و مسئولیت‌های مدنی این پلتفرم‌ها در قراردادهای بین‌المللی می‌پردازد. چالش‌های عمده‌ای که پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال با آن‌ها مواجه هستند، شامل عدم شفافیت در قوانین و مقررات بین‌المللی، پیچیدگی‌های مربوط به تطابق قوانین ملی و بین‌المللی، و کمبود قوانین جامع در زمینه مسئولیت حقوقی می‌باشد. به علاوه، مسئولیت پلتفرم‌ها در مواجهه با نقض قراردادها، کلاهبرداری و سوءاستفاده‌های احتمالی نیز نیاز به بررسی دقیق دارد. این مقاله همچنین به ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود وضعیت فعلی می‌پردازد، از جمله ایجاد شفافیت در قراردادها، تدوین قوانین بین‌المللی مشخص و ایجاد مکانیسم‌های نظارتی موثر. با تحلیل تعهدات حقوقی و مسئولیت‌های مدنی پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال، پژوهش حاضر به خلاصه‌ای از الزامات قانونی این پلتفرم‌ها و نیاز به توازن بین آزادی عمل و مسئولیت‌های قانونی آن‌ها می‌پردازد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به بهبود درک مسئولیت‌های حقوقی پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال در سطح بین‌المللی کمک کرده و به تدوین سیاست‌های بهتر در این زمینه منجر شود. /downloadfilepdf/621665
